Refund Policy
This policy explains refund rules for digital products, wallet deposits and downloads.
1. Digital Product Nature
HiddenFiles sells digital downloadable products. Because digital items can be accessed, copied or downloaded after purchase, completed digital purchases are generally final.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available after a product file has been unlocked or downloaded, if the user purchased the wrong item, if the product was described accurately, or if the issue is caused by the user's device, software, network, wallet or incorrect crypto network selection.
3. Eligible Review Cases
A refund or account credit may be reviewed if the purchased file is unavailable, corrupted, clearly different from the product description, or if a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
4. Wallet Deposits
Wallet balance deposits are used to purchase digital products. Card deposit refunds may depend on payment provider rules. Cryptocurrency deposits are generally irreversible after blockchain confirmation and may not be refundable due to network fees, volatility, wrong network, wrong coin or provider limitations.
5. Crypto Deposit Errors
Users must send the exact coin and selected network shown on the deposit page. Sending funds to the wrong network, sending a different coin, underpaying, overpaying or paying after expiration may cause delays or permanent loss depending on the payment provider and blockchain network.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes after download access, fraud attempts or abuse may result in account restriction, download suspension, balance freeze or account termination.
7. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed manually. HiddenFiles may request order ID, deposit ID, payment ID, transaction hash, screenshots or other proof needed to investigate the case.
8. Final Decision
HiddenFiles reserves the right to approve, deny or provide store credit for refund requests based on order status, download history, payment status, provider confirmation and evidence provided.
